Today I’m thankful for breaks in the rain and fun family outings in nature. Mark wanted to go mushroom hunting, not harvesting – we are not eating them, just exploring and finding as many different kinds as we could.
We picked the right time to go…Mark killed the battery on his phone taking pictures of them, and then filled up all the storage on my phone. Lot’s of photo evidence of mushroom hunting success.
I am truly grateful that we live in an area that provides so many outdoor opportunities so close to our house. Any time we feel stuck at home we just step outside our door and go for a walk, or a short drive to something amazing.
