Work Out Update

I did pretty well this week:
Monday – Zumba
Tuesday – Massage so no work out
Wednesday – Dodgeball (that is enough of a work out!)
Thursday – Tracy Anderson
Friday – No work out
Saturday – Zumba warm up then walked a 5K (more on that later…once the pics are ready)
Sunday – Is football day…no work out will be happening!

My goal is 4 work outs per week and I feel like I did that. No work outs do not mean I’m always in the gym lifting weights, but really to me it means I’m doing something active that makes me sweat and I feel it the next day…so mission accomplished!

Total side note…ND won their game today!!! So Happy!!!
